Beleaguered Bayer CEO Werner Baumann has clinched the support of two major investors, but shareholder concerns surrounding the German conglomerate’s C-suite payouts persist.
Prominent proxy brawlers Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis have endorsed Bayer’s leadership but stopped short of blessing its “excessive” executive compensation plans, Bloomberg News first reported.
